These are fundraising pages, not a disaster bulletin and not a clinic. Breast cancer is treatable when it is found early. In many low-income communities there is no organised mammography programme, little public information, and a long walk to the nearest examiner. That is the gap your donation is for.
Illustrative programme costs: £25 for screening, £75 for a biopsy and diagnostic work-up, £150 for a month of hormone therapy support and £500 for surgical access support. Actual costs and services vary; donations are pooled according to need. We publish those unit costs so you can see what a gift buys. We do not invent “lives saved” counters. Partner reports will appear on your impact when we have numbers we can stand behind.

Choose the developing-world crisis appeal for overall access; late-stage diagnosis for earlier presentation; free screening to fund £25 exams; education for awareness sessions. Gifts are unrestricted programme funds unless you add a checkout note. All four fund treatment-access work, not research.

Please give money rather than parcels from the UK unless a partner has asked for a specific item in writing. Shipping clothes or unused medicines usually arrives late and costs more than buying locally.

These appeals are for donors who want to fund screening and treatment access abroad. They are not a UK helpline, not NHS mammogram booking, not laboratory research, and not personal medical advice.
