Accountability

We aim to follow the Code of Fundraising Practice. We are not yet registered with the Fundraising Regulator; the Regulator badge will appear on this site once that registration is complete.

## How to complain

Email info@worldaidnetwork.org or write to World Aid Network, International House, 51 Borough High Street, London SE1 1NB. Please include what happened, the date, and how we can reach you.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and to respond in full within 30 days.

## If you are unhappy with our response

You may contact the Fundraising Regulator once we are registered with them. Until then you can still contact the Charity Commission about registered charities, noting that our Commission application (5290505) is in progress and we do not claim registered-charity status.
