Questions about the card

Do I need to donate before making a card?
Yes, please. The card says a gift has been given, so make your donation first. You can add an “In memory of” or “In honour of” dedication when you give.
Is the card a receipt?
No. Stripe emails your receipt when you donate. The card is something to give or send to the person, or to their family.
Is anything I type saved?
No. The card is made in your browser. Names and messages are not sent to us, not stored and not added to the web address.
How do I email the card?
Press “Print or save as PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. Then attach the PDF to an email or message.
Why doesn’t the card show how much I gave?
Many people prefer not to share the amount, so the card says what a gift can help fund instead. Gifts are pooled and used where they are needed most.
